A questionnaire has been created to capture information to map key stakeholders across the Bioaerosol workspace.
A stakeholder is anybody who can affect or is affected by a research project.
This is a joint project between National Institute for Health and Care Research (NIHR) Health Protection Research Units (HPRUs) in Environmental Exposures and Health at Imperial and Leicester in association with the Clean Air Network BioAirNet.
It is anticipated that more than one stakeholder will be profiled. Please use this form to add each stakeholder one at a time. Additional stakeholders can be added at the end of the form.
Responses will only be viewed by the Knowledge Mobilisation Team for the purposes of generating a stakeholder map.
The questionnaire will take approximately 15 minutes or less depending on the number of stakeholders submitted.
